I graduated from U.C. Berkeley, where I was a student-athlete, and I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History. This allowed me to build on my employment/labor law practice by working as a workers compensation attorney for an established firm. Within I helped in any way I could, by providing workers compensation attorney services,  as well as workplace injury prevention services. Since I was one of their workers compensation lawyers, I litigated general civil cases ranging from complex business disputes and class actions to personal injury and real property disputes together with a real estate law firm.

I am on the Employment Law Arbitration Panel for National Arbitration and Mediation and I am an Arbitrator for the State of Hawaii’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program.

In 2014 I was selected a “Top Rated Lawyer in Labor and Employment” by American Lawyer Media, the nation’s largest publisher of legal media, including the National Law Journal, the American Lawyer, and Corporate Counsel.
